Overview
This eleven-day tour focuses on the golden sandy beaches where you can relax and experience the real paradise along the Southern and Northern East coast where you will enjoy Sri Lanka’s azure sea life.
The tour also includes a glimpse into the amazing wildlife the country offers for an unforgettable experience. Start your adventure with Galle, a Unesco World Heritage Site. This historic city is a delight to explore on foot, its old trading port blessed with Dutch-colonial buildings, mosques, churches, grand mansions and museums. You’ll also head down to the turquoise waters of Mirissa for an unforgettable whale watching experience.
You will then head to Yala National Parks, where you’ll spot elephants and leopards in the wild. Next to Bentota to spend your last leg ole hatchery, mangrove island tour and a visit to the moonstone mine before heading back to the vibrant capital city of Colombo.

Day 01:
Arrival at Colombo:
Our Company Representative will receive you on arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel and relax.
Overnight will be at Colombo.
Day 02:
Colombo – Galle
By Road in 3 hr
Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Drive to Galle, located in the southwestern coast of the island. Reach and check into the hotel.
One of Sri Lanka’s finest colonial-era show pieces, this Dutch built town and the 17th century fort of Galle offer a fascinating glimpse into the colonial past of the island. Huge bastions and ramparts enclose the quaint town with its narrow streets, old villas and offer mesmerizing sunset views across the Indian Ocean.
Spend the rest of the day in leisure or else explore the surroundings of Galle.
Overnight will be at Galle.
Day 03
Galle
Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Visit the OLD GALLE FORT in Sri Lanka’s 04th biggest town.
Overnight will be at Galle.
Day 04
Galle – Mirissa Whale watching Experience
Morning, head to Mirissa Fishery’s Harbour and start your journey to the sea to photograph Blue Whales. Blue Whales in concentrations not seen elsewhere in the world would be the highlight of the day. A concentration of Blue Whales of this nature is something which whale watchers can only dream about. During the migration, Blue Whales are seen relatively close to shore as the continental shelf is narrow to the South of Dondra.
Afternoon return back to Galle.

Day 05
Galle – Yala National Park:
By Road in 3hr
After breakfast – drive to Yala National Park.
Yala National Park is a huge area of forest, grassland and lagoons bordering the Indian Ocean, in southeast Sri Lanka. It’s home to wildlife such as leopards, elephants and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species. Inland, Sithulpawwa is an ancient Buddhist monastery. Nearby caves contain centuries-old rock paintings. Southwest, Magul Maha Viharaya also has ancient Buddhist ruins. Both are pilgrimage sites.
Reach and check in to the hotel.
Evening at leisure. Overnight will be at Yala.
Day 06:
Yala National Park:
Enjoy morning and afternoon jeep safaris in the park.
Overnight will be at Yala.
Day 07:
Yala – Bentota
By Road in 3.5hr
Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Drive to Bentota. Day at leisure.
Day 08-09:
Bentota
Day at leisure. Enjoy water sports at nearby Bentota Lake, see the mangroves on a boat safari, visit the local turtle hatchery or just chill on the sun-soaked sands – Sri Lanka’s beaches are among the best in the world.
Day 10:
Bentota– Colombo:
By Road in 2hr
Breakfast will be at the hotel.
Relax and spend morning in leisure.
Later proceed to Colombo. Reach Colombo and enjoy last minute shopping.
Overnight will be at Colombo.
Day 11:
Colombo – Back Home:
Morning – proceed for a half day city tour
Learn the word ‘Estuti’ – it means thank you in Sinhalese and can go a long way in pleasing the locals.
Visits to the Hindu temple with elaborate stone carvings, the Dutch Church at Wolfe dhal dating back to 1749, the historic Devatgahaha mosque and the Gangarama Temple give a good cultural feel about the country. While the city holds less obvious interest than many other parts of the island. It’s still a colorful enough place and worth a visit to see what makes Sri Lanka tick. The Cinnamon Gardens and Pettah are Colombo’s busiest and most traditional Bazaar area.
Later – we will transfer you to the airport to take a flight back home with sweet memories of the Sri Lanka tour.
