Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro, Tanzania

On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, our driver will meet you at the airport. Transfer to your hotel at Arusha. Check in and relax.

Overnight will be at Arusha.

Day 2
Arusha to Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro

Early breakfast at the hotel, at around 6am. Thereafter drive down to Lake Manyara. Enjoy your game drive at Lake Manyara. Your lunch will also be inside the park. Before sunset step out and drive down to Rhotia on the outskirts of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Reach and check in to your resort and rest for the evening.

Day 3
Ngorongoro crater

With packed breakfast and lunch you will drive out of your hotel before sunrise and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you reach the entrance to the crater, you will descend into the crater for a whole day tour. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful setting and one of the best places in Tanzania to see the Big Five. It is one of the world’s most astonishing and renowned natural wonders and can be overwhelming for any first time visitor.

Come out of the crater by early evening so that you are back to your hotel before its dark. Relax in the evening.

Day 4
Serengeti (Seronara region)

Have a hearty breakfast and then check-out of from your hotel. Drive down to the Seronera or Central Serengeti enroute enjoying game drive as it is.

Once you reach Seronera, check in to your hotel and have a relaxed lunch. You may get delayed if you come across interesting game experiences. Post lunch rest for a while and then leave for your afternoon drive. Come back by sunset and relax for the evening. Overnight at your resort.

Day 5
Serengeti (Seronera region)

Leave post an early breakfast to explore the Seronera region. Seronera is the heart of Serengeti and is also famous for its tree-climbing lions. Come back by lunch time. Post lunch and relaxing for a while, step out for your afternoon game drive in Serengeti. Come back by early evening and relax for the evening.

Day 6
North Serengeti

After completing morning game drive and breakfast, check out from camp and drive down to North Serengeti and check in to your camp. Post lunch, proceed for afternoon game drive. Come back by late evening. Overnight at the camp.

Day 7
North Serengeti

This day you will do a day long game drive in Northern Serengeti. Leave with packed breakfast and picnic lunch and come back in the evening. Overnight at the camp.

Day 8
North Serengeti to Masai Mara

On this day you will drive into Masai Mara which is in Kenya. This will be the longest drive of the tour as you cross into Masai Mara through the Isebania border. We recommend that you leave early in the morning with packed breakfast and continue your drive partly through Serengeti till you reach the Isebania border. You will be received at the border check-post by your guide and driver who will be responsible for your Kenya experience.

Once you are done with your immigration formalities, hop on to your vehicle and start your drive towards Masai Mara.

Your vehicle will have a picnic hamper so that you don’t go hungry during the long drive. You can also take a flight from Serengeti to Masai Mara that will not only save you on time but will also be very comfortable. In case you take a flight we recommend doing a safari till late morning and check out thereafter for transfer to the airstrip. You will land near the border and post immigration will get on to another flight across the border to Masai Mara.

Reach your hotel inside Mara by late afternoon and have your lunch. Rest for a while and then leave for your late afternoon game drive and come back by sunset. If you are tired, then you can spend the rest of the day at leisure and spending quality time at the hotel which is set bang in the middle of the savannahs. Spend the time in the evening around a bonfire and then rest for the night.

Overnight at the resort.

Days 9 – 11
Masai Mara

These 3 days will be spent maximising on game drive experiences, guided by an experienced Maasai guide cum driver. There will be morning and afternoon game drives on all the four days.

There will be a sundowner experience on one of these days. And on the last night at Mara there will be a special bush dinner with Maasai dances.

Day 12
Masai Mara – Nairobi – Zanzibar
By flight

On this day wake up late and post breakfast proceed to Nairobi.

You will arrive at the Nairobi Wilson airport by noon and met by our representative. You will have a connecting flight to Zanzibar from Wilson airport.

Once you arrive at Zanzibar Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your beach resort. This day will be at leisure.

Days 13 – 14
Zanzibar

You will spend two full days in Zanzibar. Post breakfast enjoy the white sandy beach for miles and take in this beautiful island. One of the days you can visit Stone Town and other attractions like the Rock restaurant, Prison island, spice markets et al. We will be happy to organize for these day excursions as per your preference. You can also indulge in a host of watersports or activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, waterskiing, wind surfing, dhow cruise and other marine activities.

Evening will be at the resort. Typically the resorts organize for musical evenings with local musicians playing indigenous instruments.

Day 15
Fly out of Zanzibar

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the international airport for your flight back home or to the next destination. Your tour ends here with pleasant memories of African wildlife and beach holiday.
