Day 1
Arrival at Nairobi
Arrival at Nairobi. Our representative will receive you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel.
Nairobi is crowned the “Green City in the Sun” due to its rainforests and grasslands that offset an urban, cosmopolitan city bustling with activity.
The day is free to relax and at leisure.
Day 2
Nairobi to Masai Mara National Park
Early morning our driver will meet you at your hotel in Nairobi. Drive to Masai Mara en-route visiting the Rift Valley.
Reach your accommodation. Check in and post lunch we will head for the first game drive, which will last till sunset.
The world’s renowned park and the newest 7th wonder of the world. “The Masai Mara Game Reserve” is a must see and the highlight of a Kenyan Safari. The Masai Mara National Reserve definitely picks the first spot on a list of illustrious wildlife reserves that span across the country. The reserve is located in the Narok County with the Siria escarpment to the west, Masai ranches to the north, east and west.
You will return to the lodge later for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – 5
Masai Mara National Park
Three whole days in the Mara with morning, mid-morning and evening game drives.
About the great migration The animals migrate from Serengeti to the Masai reserve, across the Mara River in search of water and food. The hordes of animals that covers the landscape are estimated to be more than 1.5 million at any given point during this season. Interestingly, the interplay of the ecosystems also opens up fascinating natural encounters. The crocodiles in the river wait for the animal bait, whereas the animals focus on getting to the other side alive.
You can also experience the hot air balloon and/or Masai Village experience on one of these days; these are optional activities and we will be happy to help you with these. Bush meals can also be planned during you stay at Masai Mara.
Day 6
Masai Mara National Park to Nairobi/Departure
Do an early morning game drive. After breakfast at the resort you can start your drive to back to Nairobi. Lunch en-route. You will arrive in Nairobi early evening and transferred to international airport for onward flight back home or to the next destination
